Yes, you can break your lease for job transfers more than 50 miles, military service, and hospice care, and you won't need to pay us a lease-break fee.
What happens if I eventually need a different size apartment?
You can transfer to another size apartment, or another Berger community, and restart your lease at any point in your residency without paying a transfer fee.
How do I break my lease to buy a house?
You can break your lease to buy a house at any point in your residency. Just use one of our preferred real estate agents and you won't need to pay us a lease-break fee.
Do you offer moving truck discounts?

What happens if I have an urgent service request outside of office hours?
Millers Crossing offers 24/7 phone support and 24-hour emergency maintenance. You will always have someone available to take your call for service requests to your apartment.
